Over the past 30-40 years, our lifestyles and the world we live in have changed enormously. All of the research
indicates that more than 80% of disease and illness is caused by THREE things - an imbalance in nutrition, lack of exercise,
and a reaction to the toxic world we live in. We have become increasingly more sedentary, are eating more and more "trash"
food that is full of additives and toxins, and we are putting our bodies under more and more stress without taking the
necessary steps to allieviate it.
Here at Profigura, we are much more than a gym. We
offer help, advice and support for you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as well as support for you to exercise regularly.
In additional to our professional advice, instruction and programmes in the essential four areas of exercise (cardiovascular,
resistance, core stability and flexibility), we also provide nutritional advice and information on detoxification programmes.
